• For your old address, you will need to provide details of the new owner or occupier.
• If somebody is leaving your address and you remain in the property and wish to claim a discount, DO NOT complete this move out form. Use the single occupier discount form instead.
• For your new address, please provide details of the previous owner/occupier if known.
• If the address you are moving to is within the Broadland area, you can also register at your new address.
• If you are moving into the South Norfolk area you will also need to complete
the South Norfolk moving in form
