You can use this form to tell us you have moved
• To complete this form successfully you will need to provide your contact details and any relevant dates.
• For your old address, you will need to provide details of the new owner or occupier.
• For your new address, please provide details of the old owners/occupiers, if known
• If the address you are moving to is within the South Norfolk area, you can also register at your new address.
• If you are moving into the Broadland area you will also need to complete
the Broadland moving in form.
• If somebody is leaving your address and you remain in the property and wish to claim a discount, DO NOT complete this move out form. Use the single occupier discount form instead.
• If you are a landlord reporting a tenant leaving your property, use the moving in form to register yourself as the liable person. You will be able to confirm that the property is unoccupied.
